| Surgeons in the Caucasus republic of Georgia have made medical history by replacing the amputated penis of a patient with a "fully functional" replacement made from his left middle finger and some skin grafts. The man is able to urinate and have sex. His two girlfriends are reportedly "very satisfied" with the results. |
| This adds new meaning to the term "boner". |

can't shake this thought by diana 6:16:06 pm mst / 18 February 2001 / # 3 / reply to # 2 |
I've been thinking about question a since I read it last night. Would the finger grow more sensitive over time? Would there be a psychological effect that would increase sensation?
But then I realized that I don't even know what having a penis feels like, so it was rather silly of me to wonder whether having a middle finger as a penis feels differently.

(a) I wonder if the sensation received is as from a finger, or as from a penis.
(b) did this guy have big hands? |
