| Elephants in Africa are foiling the tunk-hunting of poachers through natural selection. Small-tusked elephants were just 1% of the population in the 1930, but today they compromise about 30% of the population. (Thanks to Fark for the link.) |
| Apparently bad tempers are also being selected for, as poachers aren't too keen on risking their lives for ivory. |
