Many web-savvy women are using Google to perform background checks on their prospective dates, looking for information on their interests and income potential. The article also contains several amusing/informative anecdotes. (Link from Ironminds).
Soon people will start doing this with their wireless handhelds/PDAs. Then if you meet someone at a party, you can then slip into the restroom and Google him or her in minutes.

Now this is weird. Apparently, the US Postal Service will start paying FedEx to deliver its Express and Priority Mail as well as some of the first class mail.
I guess the USPS knows who to go to when it absolutely, positively has to get there on time!...

A recent study suggests that the higher one resides on the corporate food chain, the worse looking one's e-mail will be. There are two main theories as to why bosses send e-mails with more typos and worse formatting: (1) They aren't as technically proficient, and (2) They don't have to impress as many people above them.
